1. Estêvão AMRC, ST (Palmerias U20's)
It will come as no real surprise that the first name on this list is that of yet another Brazilian wonderkid. Estêvão has the potential to be one of the best attacking players in the game. His Potential Ability (P.A.) is 182, putting him up there with the best players in the game. His cost ranges from £850k - £4.4m, which is next to nothing for a player who is one of the hottest prospects in the game.
2. Rafael Luís DM C (Benfica B)
If you played last year's Football Manager, you may be familiar with this next entrant to our list. This 17-year-old was a gem in FM23 who blossomed into a superstar to marshall the midfield, and it looks to be much the same in the latest version. The Portugeuse youngsters 170 P.A is pretty spectacular and will put him amongst the top defensive midfielders in FM24. As bargains go, he's pretty sweet, as his estimated sale value is between £50k - £500k.
3. Talles Wander ST (São Paulo FC Reserves)
Tales Wander, at the tender age of 19, is already drawing comparisons to fellow Brazilian Pato, who dazzled Italian football with AC Milan back in the 2000s. The talented striker already has some decent attributes and could be an essential starter for a lower top-tier side or a breakthrough prospect for a bigger club. Wander is a little more on the pricey side as his sale value is between £4.5m - £6.6m, but still, this isn't exactly a bank-breaking fee.
4. Rodrigo Mora AM LC (Porto B)
Next up is another Portuguese talent, this time from Porto B; Mora already has some quality, even at 16 years old, which is very impressive. The attacking midfielder, who can play behind the striker and on the left wing, has an amazing 164 P.A could be a player to torture defenders for years to come and at a very reasonable price of between £2.7m - £5.4m.
5. Gianluca Prestianni AM RLC (Vélez)
This versatile attacking midfielder looks like a prospect who can slot straight into quite a few starting lineups with some quality stats right from the beginning of the game. His P.A. of 163 means he still has quite a bit of developing to do, which makes him all the more appealing. Not only is his ceiling high, but he isn't going to take up all of your budget either, costing between £550k - £1.1m.
6. Giacomo Faticanti DM C (Lecce U20's)
18-year-old Giacomo Faticanti is a very capable DM, and those who don't have a huge budget can be loaned right from the start of the game. His 18 Determination is also a significant plus point. It will certainly help him on his way to his 162 P.A. The Italian is also very affordable, between £500k - £3.7m.
7. Riquelme Fillipi AM RL, ST (Palmerias U20's)
Attacking threat Riquelme Filipi is just 16 years old and has plenty of potential to fulfil and, with the proper guidance, could reach that lofty P.A of 162. Although he may be a bit of a luxury as he is pretty expensive for a player his age, costing between £350k - £3.5m, especially when he may need some time to become a world beater.
8. Faniel Tewelde AM RL (ODDS BK)
Wingers are an integral part of the game. Tewelde can play on either flank and has pace to burn, as he is also consistent, which makes him a desirable purchase. Not to mention, he's an affordable asset at £210k - £2.1m who could prove to be an intelligent bit of business as he develops into an immense talent in the future.
9. Juan José Pérez AM RLC (América Quito)
Colombian wonderkid Juan José Pérez is another attacking midfielder with excellent physical attributes and a high level of Flair. His versatility is another major asset, but he will need time to develop into a first-team regular and reach his 160 P.A. He is reasonably priced at £100k - £1m and could be worth your while as an early pick-up.
10. Skye Vink ST (Ajax U18's)
Last on our list is Ajax prodigy Skye Vink, who already has some reasonable attributes for a 17-year-old striker. He also comes up as one of the cheapest players on the list, coming in at between £10k - £100k and with a P.A 160, he still has room to improve.
