Bicolor Gemstones were introduced as a currency in Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers and are earned by taking part in Shared FATEs. They can be traded with Gemstone Traders for a variety of items, including Orchestrion Rolls and Minions. In Dawntrail, Bicolor Gemstones return once again. Getting them is one thing, but finding out where to spend them is a whole other task.

A Gemstone Trader can be found in every major region in the Dawntrail expansion, though each one will have a different inventory available to players. Gemstone Traders can be found in the following places:

Each trader's inventory ranges from offering crafting materials, to furniture, to minions and mount items. If you're a bit of a completionist when it comes to Final Fantasy XIV expansions, a visit to the Gemstone Trader is an absolute must.
