After years of fans being underwhelmed with the FIFA FUT Freeze event, there's a rumor that the popular seasonal event FUTMAS will be returning in FIFA 23. This news comes as a breath of fresh air to many players, and if you're one of them and want to know more, then keep reading.

FIFA 23 Futmas Event 2022 Release Date

The speculation of a new FUTMAS event comes from certain FUTMAS card types being added to the FIFA 23 Ultimate Team code, according to the dependable FIFA leaker DonkTrading on Twitter. 'FUTMAS,' 'FUTMAS - SE,' and 'FUTMAS - Flashback' cards have all been added to the code, indicating that they will be available in Ultimate Team in the coming days or weeks. 

Based on the past release cycles for FUTMAS events, we can speculate that FUTMAS 23 will start on the 16th of December, and conclude on the 30th of December 2022. And although this is a speculation it would fit in time perfectly as we approach the end of the year.

FIFA 23 Futmas Promo Event Features To Expect

FUTMAS 23 will likely feature the same system that was employed in the previous events. The way this works is that two teams and two mini-release of themed players are released on the following dates:

• Team 1 - Available in Packs from the 16th to the 23rd December
• Mini-Release Team 1 - Available in Packs from the 18th to the 23rd December
• Team 2 - Available in Packs from the 23rd to the 30th December
• Mini-Release Team 2 - Available in Packs from the 25th to the 30th December

The FIFA 23 FUTMAS event includes a variety of offers, such as special items in packs, daily SBCs, and objectives. Previous offers, for example, included FUT Pack Offers, Themed Squad Building Challenges, Themed Player Items through Objectives, Themed Player Items through SBCs, and TOTY Nominees.
