Fans Eye Up October Release For Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Dragon Age fans are preparing themselves for a long-awaited return to the lands of Thedas in the upcoming Dragon Age: The Veilguard. As a follow-up to 2014's Dragon Age: Inquisition, fans will meet a whole new cast of companion characters, and walk in the shoes of a brand new protagonist - Rook. 

While EA and BioWare are busy trickling out new information on the upcoming RPG, fans are already speculating on its release date, which EA has so far only outlined as Fall 2024. But, a new listing for the upcoming Dragon Age: The Veilguard art book has fans thinking that the two products could release at the same time.

The art book, called "The Art of Dragon Age: The Veilguard," is currently set to release on October 30, 2024. Fans were quick to point out that the art book for Dragon Age: Inquisition was released on the same day as the game itself.  

The end of October certainly lines up with the Fall 2024 release window, and if EA continues the trend of releasing the art book alongside the game, then fans could be on to something.

So far, neither EA or BioWare have confirmed a definitive release date for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. As for the art book, two versions have been listed that are set to release on October 30, 2024: The Art of Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and The Art of Dragon Age: The Veilguard (Deluxe Edition). The latter includes a foil-stamped slip case cover, gilded pages, a ribbon book marker, and two lithographic art prints. Both editions can be pre-ordered from Dark Horse.
