Diablo Immortal Character Stuck? How To Use Unstuck Feature

Is your character stuck in Diablo Immortal on PC or mobile devices, unable to move after a mishap? Well, then we've got you covered, explaining how you can use the Diablo Immortal Unstuck feature to get out of, well, a sticky situation.

Some players might see their characters stuck in Diablo Immortal, maybe in a static object, or even outside the zone's map on rare occasions. While this does not occur too often, and the game is technically quite sound, there is a reason Diablo Immortal has an Unstuck feature...

How to use Diablo Immortal Unstuck feature

Your Diablo Immortal character can get stuck in the world of Sanctuary for multiple reasons. For example, using a Barbarian's Leap ability on certain edges or objects might, on rare occasions, cause your character to be unable to move.

We've only experienced our character being stuck in Diablo Immortal once (yes it is a Barbarian) over the course of 30 hours of gameplay. 

Be that as it may, there's a chance of getting stuck, which is what this guide is for. General fixes to this issue include restarting the game or using your Town Portal scroll to get out of dodge. However, this does not always work, especially if there are enemies around, stopping you from using a Town Portal to get unstuck.

That's where the Diablo Immortal Unstuck feature comes into play, as you can see via the image above.

To use the Unstuck feature in Diablo Immortal, follow the steps outlined below:

• Launch Diablo Immortal then head into a server and load up into Sanctuary.
• Open the game's Settings Menu (A Cog icon)
  Navigate to the "General" section and tap on it. This should be selected by default as the first Settings option.
• Tap on the Unstuck button.
• Your character should not be able to move again without issue.

While using the Unstuck feature in Diablo Immortal is easy, it can just as easily be missed.
