And we should hardly be surprised! Strongholds are among the best places to farm a ton of Gold, XP, Legendary loot, and Renown, making the challenge of clearing them worth the effort. Best Way To Clear Nostrava Stronghold In Diablo 4

The Nostrava Stronghold is located in the western part of the Fractured Peaks, between The Pallid Glade and Desolate Highlands, and to the west of Kyovashad. When you arrive at the Stronghold, you'll notice that it's very quiet (too quiet), with no villagers around -- well, not for long, at least.

The closest Waypoints to Nostrava are in Nevesk and Kyovashad. Shortly after arriving in Nostrava, you'll quickly learn that, just like the towns around it, the Nostrava Stronghold is teeming with enemy mobs.

Your first objective after arriving is to go to the Chapel and speak to the Priestess kneeling at the altar (yellow circle). However, be prepared for a surprise because her cultist-militia of Crazed Villagers will soon attack you.

You'll then need to survive their crazed assault before investigating the villagers' homes to search and destroy all five Demonic Effigies hidden at various locations throughout Nostrava Stronghold in Diablo 4. We've indicated the locations of all the Demonic Effigies in the image below (you're welcome).

But be warned: destroying these structures won't be easy, as various enemies like Oppressors, Tainted Sandstalkers, and Fiery Succubus (plus Elite bosses) will quickly spawn to oppose you. After destroying all five Demonic Effigies in the villager's homes around the area, return to the Chapel to confront Nostrava Stronghold's final boss: Negala, Lilith's Chosen (yellow circle).

How To Beat Negala, Lilith’s Chosen In Diablo 4

Defeating Negala, Lilith's Chosen, will take some effort, as she summons two other demons to help her kill you: Torvala and Korzira. However, she is still easier to beat than the final boss in Kor Dragan Stronghold because Nostrava is only a level 20+ Stronghold. That said, you should still be mindful of a few things.

Each demon will attack you with elemental bolts that trace your movement, so you must dodge them. These bolts will become more frequent as the battle progresses, making them even harder to evade. Therefore, a ranged attack build is recommended for this fight. Sorcerers using a Hydra build should find this battle fairly easy.

In between trying to evade these bolts, you must try to deal damage to Negala, Torvala, and Korzira. The demons also have other attacks you must watch out for, including a sort of rotating shockwave and a green caustic AOE attack, both of which you'll see on the ground. There are also concussive and charged attacks you'll need to evade. Fortunately, there's lots of space to maneuver around the Diablo 4 Nostrava Stronghold, and you'll have plenty of HP potions to replenish any health lost during the fight.

Once all the demons are slain, you'll receive a ton of loot, including Cold-Steel Bow, Fur-Lined Boots, Gauntlets, and War Crossbow, some of which may include Legendary Aspects and Powers that you can extract. In addition to these items, you can farm Gold and XP throughout the Stronghold, which will help you level up faster and progress through the game. Finally, before exiting the vicinity, don't forget to rekindle the Wanderer's Shrine to conquer the Nostrava Stronghold in Diablo 4.

After that, you will be rewarded with 100 Renown points, which go a long way toward boosting your character's power and have unlocked the Nostrava Waypoint. You'll also get access to various vendors in the village, such as the Blacksmith, Healer, and Armor Vendor.
