It was created by a person called MaXiMiUS on Reddit, known as Lothrik on GitHub. Clearly, not all heroes wear capes, as the "Diablo IV Build Calculator" is absolutely fantastic.

As you can see from the image below, the best Diablo 4 Build Calculator features the complete Skill Tree for Barbarians (and all other classes). You simply start by selecting your class and then spending Skill Points, unlocking more nodes as you move along. The current player level is also calculated.

What's even more impressive is that this Diablo 4 Build Calculator by Lothrik already features the known Legendary Aspects and Powers.

You can also search for specific names of Skills or Aspects, and you can fill in all the Ranks, unlocking more clusters just like you would in the game. Lastly, you can also save your class builds and even share them with friends, making this a one-stop shop for all your Diablo 4 build needs.

Keep in mind that this is still a "Work in Progress," but it is by far the most complete Diablo 4 build calculator we've found this far. This should also help players alleviate some need for Diablo 4 respecs and the Gold cost attached, as they can test it out in the free build calculator before settling on specific choices.
