Another way to obtain the Barber Heart is by utilizing a Diablo 4 Wrathful Invoker on a Malignant Outgrowth located at the end of the Malignant Tunnel. It's essential to keep in mind that using an Uncertain Invoker doesn't ensure a Wrathful one. An effective dungeon for farming is the Fissure of Malice, a Malignant Tunnel situated to the South of Nostrava and the southwest of Fractured Peaks.
