The new Dead By Daylight Mobile March 2023 update introduced lots of fresh mechanics to the game, including a cosmetic gacha system that allows players to get their hands on a randomized cosmetic through The Entity's Treasure. To draw from the Entity's Treasure, you'll need to use Sinister Stones, which you can earn through gameplay - but there is another type of currency called Entity Coins that allow you to get some of the rarest cosmetics.
So what exactly are Entity Coins in Dead By Daylight Mobile, and how do you get them? In this article, we'll explain everything you need to know about this new feature.

What Are Entity Coins In Dead By Daylight Mobile?
Entity Coins are a special type of currency that can be used to purchase the Platinum Outfit edition of any cosmetic if the Gold version is already owned. Platinum Outfits include a unique Memento Mori.
In other words, Entity Coins can be used to unlock special and extremely rare cosmetics that cannot be unlocked through any other method. Unlike Iridescent Shards, Entity Coins are unique to Dead By Daylight Mobile and are not available in the PC or console versions of the game.
How To Get More Entity Coins In Dead By Daylight Mobile
You earn Entity Coins upon receiving a duplicate of any cosmetic you already have; for example, if you already own a cosmetic and you draw an identical one from The Entity's Treasure, you will not receive the cosmetic again but instead a sum of Entity Coins.
There's no other way to earn Entity Coins, so you'll really just need to stock up on those duplicate draws. This means using The Entity's Treasure as often as you can in hopes of drawing a duplicate cosmetic. You can earn more Sinister Stones to draw more cosmetics by earning XP and playing the game often.
While Entity Coins are new to the game as of March 2023 and there's only one way to get them for now, it's possible we could see them included as rewards in future Dead By Daylight Mobile Bundle Codes.
How To Spend Entity Coins In Dead By Daylight Mobile
To upgrade an existing cosmetic, head to your cosmetics in your inventory and press the "Upgrade" button. You'll need to have the Entity Coins on hand to upgrade your outfit.
Platinum Outfits cost 2500 Entity Coins to update. Note that you'll already need to own the Gold Outfit for that cosmetic before you upgrade.
That's all you need to know about Entity Coins in Dead By Daylight Mobile, including what they are, how to get more of them, and how you can use them in the shop to buy cosmetics.
