The PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 Schedule & Format

The PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 event is an S-Tier LAN tournament in Romania, taking place from 14 to 23 February. All 16 teams will first compete at the PGL Studios in Bucharest, and the top eight will fight in front of a live crowd at the beautiful BT Arena in Cluj-Napoca.

The Group Stage format is a 16 Team Swiss System, where all matches are best-of-three, and the top eight teams advance to the Playoffs. In the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 Playoffs, we'll see the final eight teams compete in front of a crowd in a single-elimination bracket, where Quarterfinals and Semifinals matches are best-of-three, and the Grand Final is best-of-five.

At PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, 16 teams will compete for their share of the huge $1,25 million prize pool. Teams were invited based on Valve’s Global Standings as of 25 January 2025. The teams listed below are sorted in no particular order.

As you can see, some top-tier teams are missing, such as Team Spirit, Vitality and NAVI. Keep in mind that teams could decline the invite as they focus on getting ready for other big events.
