Clash Royale Season 16 release date and Electro Giant reveal

With every season of Clash Royale, we see developer Supercell bring a tonne of new content to the mobile sensation, from a new Pass Royale, to balance changes, new emotes, and much more. In Season 15, Supercell introduced Clan Wars 2.0, and in October, they will release their 100th card. Here's the Clash Royale Season 16 release date and a first glimpse at the Electro Giant.

Clash Royale Season 16 release date

You can mark your calendars for the next season of Clash Royale. The Clash Royale Season 16 release date is set for 5th October 2020.

In Clash Royale Season 16, we will see a new Pass Royale, as well as various other unannounced additions to the game. 

One thing Supercell did announce, however, is the Electro Giant card.

Clash Royale Electro Giant

Supercell revealed the Electro Giant as the 100th card making its way to the game. The Electro Giant will release with Clash Royale Season 16.

At the time of writing, there are no stats available for the Electro Giant. However, the card does seem to fix an issue with the Giant family in the game, and you can also expect it to have a lot of HP, as all giants do. 

Since the Electro Giant clearly has lightning attacks judging by the teaser, this card should solve the problem which giants normally have in the game: those pesky Inferno Dragons and Inferno Towers.
