If you want to know which rifle is the best to use or what balance changes have been made to the rifles in Warzone Pacific Season 3, below is our tier description and list of the best to worst Sniper Rifles in Call of Duty Warzone Pacific Season 3.
Tier rank description:
- S-Tier: These rifles are the best of the best and require no upgrades to be highly accurate and powerful weapons.
- A-Tier: The A-tier is the home of rifles that are almost as powerful as those in the S-tier and with the right attachments can hold their own against the S-tier rifles.
- B-Tier: The middle ground for the Sniper Rifles is in this tier and they offer decent weapon choices, but if you can get ones from the above tiers, these would be better as backup options.
- C-Tier: The C-tier weapons are options that even with the best attachments, won't give you much performance and we recommend choosing from other available weapons if possible.
- D-Tier: These Sniper rifles aren't worth choosing and you'd be much better off choosing any of the other rifles on our list.
Note: We have taken into the consideration the balance changes brought in by the new season when compiling this tier list and we will update it as we see more of how the weapons behave in the game. While we don't claim our listing is an exact science, we put every effort into ranking these weapons as accurately as humanly possible.
S-Tier Sniper Rifles- COD Warzone Pacific Season 3
- Kar98k
- K31 Swiss
- HDR
The Kar98k is still at the top of the hill in terms of its damage, accuracy, and distance when using it. The HDR and K31 have received some buffs in this new Season, namely the K31 can do a one-shot-kill within its maximum damage range and the HDR can perform a one-shot-kill to the head at any range.
With this new update, we are curious to see how the K31 will perform and if it can challenge the other two in the rank. Or if the HDR can take the throne from the Kar98k.
A-Tier Sniper Rifles- COD Warzone Pacific Season 3
- ZRG 20mm
- SP-R 208
- Kar98k (Vanguard)
- 3-Line Rifle (VG) -
- Arisaka Type 99 (Vanguard)
- Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle (Vanguard)
The A-tier has received the most changes in the listing with the new update. The 3-Line, ZRG 20mm, and Gorenko Anti Tank rifles have received a buff allowing them to one-shot any player in the head from any distance.
All three of the above rifles have also been nerfed slightly in their maximum damage ranges, but have been buffed in the other aspects such as their head damage multipliers, and ADS (Aim down sights) speed. The Kar98k (vanguard) and SP-R 208 can also perform the one-shot-kills, but only within their maximum damage ranges.
While the Gorenko Anti Tank was the leader of the pack in the A-tier previously, we are curious to see how the changes made will affect its performance and ranking as the season continues.
B-Tier Sniper Rifles- COD Warzone Pacific Season 3
- AX-50
- LW3 Tundra
- Pellington 703
- M1 Garand (Vanguard)
While we consider the M1 Garand to be the cream of this crop, the new update gives the Pellington and LW3-Tundra a buff. They have added a one-shot kill within their maximum damage ranges and overall buffs to their head, min, and max damage multipliers.
We will have to see as the season continues whether these two will outclass the M1 Garand and possibly graduate to a higher tier.
C-Tier Sniper Rifles- COD Warzone Pacific Season 3
- M82
- Rytec AMR
- R1 Shadowhunter
- SKS
- Dragunov
- Gewehr-43 (Vanguard)
- SVT-40 (Vanguard)
If you have nothing else to pick up while playing and you are in a tough spot, any of these weapons could do, and we would consider the Dragunov to be the best of the worst. Even though the Rytec AMR has received a slight buff to its head damage multiplier, it's still not worth considering as your main weapon or being any higher in this tier.
D-Tier Sniper Rifles- COD Warzone Pacific Season 3
- EBR-14
- MK2 Carbine
- Crossbow
Trust us, you are better off trying to snipe players with a pistol than you are with any of these weapons. Avoid these at all costs as you will be frustrated and swiftly killed when trying to sharpshoot with any of these rifles.
And that's it for our tiered list of the best to the worst Sniper Rifles in Call of Duty Warzone Pacific Season 3. We will make updates to the is list as time goes on and keep you up to date on the latest and best Sniper Rifles you should be using.
