Warzone 2.0 official launch is just a few weeks away now, and this time around, Call of Duty fans will be diving into a new map called Al Mazrah instead of Verdansk. Al Mazrah, the capital of the Republic of Adal, is a fusion of metropolitan and rural architecture rich in natural resources.
In the latest announcement, Activision has confirmed that Al Mazrah is pretty massive and stated that their new battle royale playground is the biggest battle royale map they have ever made. But how big is Warzone 2.0 Al Mazrah Map compared to Warzone's Verdasnk? Luckily, we can show you a side-by-side comparison of both the Call of Duty maps.
Warzone 2.0 Al Mazrah Map Size
A Reddit user, who goes by u/AyranMen32 on the platform, has pulled out a real-time comparison between three popular battle royale maps: Al Mazrah, Caldera, and Verdansk. In his finding, we can see that Al Mazrah will be the biggest playable Call of Duty battle royale map among the rest.
As of writing, we don't know the exact size of the Warzone 2.0 Al Mazrah Map. However, we can conclude that it will include 15-25% more area compared to Verdansk. As usual, a more extensive map means more POIs and loot points. However, the most significant change in Warzone 2.0 is the player cap per match.
