The best Krig 6 loadout in Warzone Season 4

The Season 4 update in Call of Duty: Warzone buffed and nerfed a fair few weapons, including several submachine guns and assault rifles. However, the Krig 6 from Black Ops Cold War was already powerful enough, meaning Raven Software didn’t really need to alter its stats. 

Although, the developers did decide to buff several attachments for rifles. These attachments are available for the Krig 6 and do present some different options from its Season 3 loadout. Players now have the choice of a few different barrels, most noticeably. 

Even with this, the past Krig 6 loadouts will still be serviceable in Season 4. The only real change might be to the barrel slot, depending on what each individual player values more. Keep reading below for our take on what the best Krig 6 loadout is. 

Best Krig 6 loadout in Warzone Season 4

The two main barrels that were buffed in Season 4 were the Ranger and Takedown barrel. Both of the barrels had their horizontal recoil control buffed by the same values. To offset this, the two barrels also had their hip spread increased. The key difference lies in their main respective stat. 

The Takedown barrel offers extra damage range, so Raven buffed this stat by 35%. As for the Ranger barrel, it’s proficient in bullet velocity, so that’s been increased by 50%. When picking between the two, players need to decide which is more valuable to them.

Our opinion is that the Krig 6 can’t pass up the opportunity to grab some extra bullet velocity. Its damage range is already strong enough to take down any enemy in Warzone. Plus, the Takedown barrel comes with more negatives than the Ranger.

• Ammunition: STANAG 60 RND

The loadout is tried and true by all matter of Warzone professionals. It should serve any player well in Season 4 and beyond.
