Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2022) Beta - PC System Requirements

Activision has finally provided a definitive release date for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) 2022. Still, many fans are dying to know the PC system requirements from Infinity Wards' impending Call of Duty game title.

Fortunately, thanks to trailers and leakers, we have already gotten a fair bit of information surrounding MW2, and more should be on the way ahead of its October 2022 release. That said, here are the minimum and recommended COD Modern Warfare 2 (2022) system requirements for PC.

Activision has revealed the official COD Modern Warfare 2 system requirements for PC.

• OS: Windows 10 - 64 Bit (latest update)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-3570 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 470
• Video Memory: 3 GB
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Storage: 25 GB
• DirectX 12 Compatible Graphics Card

Recommended Requirements

• OS: Windows 10 - 64 Bit (latest update)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K or AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
• Video Memory: 3 GB
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Storage: 25 GB
• DirectX 12 Compatible Graphics Card

All specifications require a broadband network connection and DirectX 12 Compatible system.

The above specifications are not the official PC requirements for MW2 (2022). Instead, these are Multiplayer Beta requirements. However, we will update this article with the official system requirements once it becomes available.

Modern Warfare 2 (2022) is being hailed as the beginning of a "new era for Call of Duty." It will be interesting to see what the development studio is doing differently this time. This is especially considering that recent Call of Duty titles have failed to impress audiences.

Fortunately, you can pre-order MW2 for PlayStation 4 | 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Likewise, Activision is bringing the COD franchise back to Steam with Modern Warfare 2, and PC players can pre-purchase the game via Steam or Battle.net.
