Best Welgun loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded

The Season 2 Reloaded update was released for Warzone Pacific earlier this week, introducing a number of changes to the popular title. Perhaps one of the biggest tweaks was the addition of the Armaguerra 43 submachine gun. An SMG that fires insanely fast, has decent damage range, and can be quite mobile on Rebirth or Caldera. However, even with its top loadout, it doesn’t manage to outclass Warzone Pacific’s established SMGs, like the Welgun.

The Welgun was released in Warzone Pacific at the start of Season 2. It has virtually no recoil, high damage output, and an average fire rate. But this SMG can be even further upgraded by using the optimal attachments. Below, you can find the best loadout to use for the Welgun on the new Warzone Pacific patch.

Best Welgun loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded

While the Welgun might not be the strongest SMG in Season 2, it certainly won’t lose many gunfights on its own. It’s a perfectly serviceable weapon, right up there with the MP40 and Owen Gun atop the SMG category. To get there, though, you'll need to equip the overall strongest loadout.

• Muzzle: Recoil Booster
• Barrel: 120mm Gawain Short
• Optic: Slate Reflector
• Stock: Gawain Skeletal
• Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
• Magazine: 9mm 64 Round Mags
• Ammunition: Hollow Point
• Rear Grip: Fabric Grip
• Perk:  Frenzy
• Perk 2: Fully Loaded 

Kicking off the loadout is the Recoil Booster and 120mm Gawain Short barrel to increase the Welgun’s fire rate, which can make it kill quicker. Following that is the Gawain Skeletal Stock and Fabric Grip for added mobility.

The M1941 Hand Stop is in use to further reduce the Welgun’s already low recoil. For your ammunition and magazine, we’ve gone with Hollow Point and the 9mm 64 Round Mags. Hollow Point is the easiest way to make the Welgun’s damage increase while the 9mm 64 Round Mags offer some much-needed magazine capacity.

The loadout is completed with its perks, which are Frenzy and Fully Loaded. Frenzy further increases the Welgun’s mobility, as long as you’re securing kills, while Fully Loaded helps you start with as much ammo as possible.

As with any SMG, the Welgun is best used in short to medium ranges. However, with this loadout, you can use the Welgun as a mini-rifle thanks to its nonexistent recoil and solid damage range.
