Best Bullfrog loadout for Warzone Season 5

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 has now arrived and it comes at a particular low-point for the game with cheaters rampant and Activision Blizzard reeling from the fallout of a discrimination lawsuit.

For those still enjoying the game -- and there are millions -- Season 5 has brought a lot of good new content including a new battle pass,  map updates, a new Gulag, several new modes, and two new powerful, high-calibre weapons.

Interestingly, the present patch of Warzone does not include any weapons balance changes (yet) but that doesn't mean you should sleep on your previous loadout. The introduction of new weapons is sure to change the pace of the ever-evolving meta in the game.

One gun that is being picked up more and more is Black Ops Cold War's Bullfrog SMG and since its introduction into Warzone, it has slowly become meta, behind only the MAC-10 in the sub-machine gun category.

Best Bullfrog loadout for Warzone Season 5

The Bullfrog is one of the most versatile SMGs on the market; boasting a high-capacity magazine as standard and good damage output, equipping the right attachments to it can lift it into one of Warzone's s-tier weapons.

• Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
• Barrel: 7.4" Task Force
• Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
• Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
• Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock

We've opted for the GRU Suppressor, this attachment helps with vertical recoil and sound suppression while also increasing the effective damage range, at a small cost of ADS speed and steadiness. 

On the barrel is the 7.4" Task Force, a popular choice for a number of weapons and that is because it again increases the effective damage range at a small cost to recoil control.

Tiger Team Spotlight is our chosen laser, offering increased movement speed and aim walking speed.

We've opted for the Serpent Wrap on the rear grip and the reason for this is simple -- it decreases ADS time -- meaning you can bring your weapon up quicker, key for the run-and-gun style you will adopt with the Bullfrog.

We have opted for an added stock, rather than increased magazine size, with this build and the reason for that is simple -- this SMG already has a bumper mag and the KGB Skeletal Stock works perfectly with this gun. Increasing ADS and mobility stats across the board -- at just a small cost of hip-fire accuracy -- this stock will help make you quicker to the draw than your opponents.
