If you are playing the Black Ops Cold War campaign, you might have run into a locked door in the CIA safe house, which asks you for a six-digit code. The CIA safe house is at the start of the game, right after you've created your character, so it isn't really a spoiler at all. To unlock the door in the CIA safe house, and access an interesting Terminal, you will need the secret Black Ops Cold War code.
Black Ops Cold War secret code
Developer Treyarch added a great Easter Egg to the CIA safe house in Black Ops Cold War but to get there, you will need to unlock the door.

First up, you need to read the clipboard next to the locked door. There are three document names posted on the clipboard.

Then, you simply need to locate the three documents inside the CIA safe house. Their locations are:
- On the ground near the locked door.
- In the darkroom.
- In the hallway just left of the locked door.
These three documents are called Clinical Record, Dallas News Article, and Warren Commission.
From here, it is quite simple, as you just have to note the position of the documents on the clipboard, and add the highlighted numbers in each, in order.
This secret Black Ops Cold War code will allow you to unlock the CIA safe house door. For those who don't want to do the legwork, the code is 112263.

Inside this locked room is a computer, which you can play text adventure game Zork on. You can also enter commands, so there might be even more Black Ops Cold War Easter Eggs waiting to be found.
Then, you can also play on the arcade machine. At the start of the game, only Pitfall II is unlocked but as you continue with the campaign, you will be able to unlock more arcade titles to play.
