How to Sheathe Weapons in Avowed

Whatever weapon you're using in Avowed, be it wands and grimoires, bows and arrows, or a good ol' fashioned sword and shield, it can be a bit much to have it drawn all the time. Whether you're roaming the wilds or doing some shopping in Paradis, there comes a time where you'll want to put your weapon away. At the very least, it frees up some screen space. 

How to Put Your Weapon Away in Avowed: Controller & Keyboard

Knowing how to sheathe or put your weapon away in Avowed is a lesson easily missed, but is also something that's very easily done, too. There's just one button that you'll need to hold in order to sheathe your weapon, but it changes depending on whether you're playing with a controller or mouse and keyboard.

If you're playing with an Xbox controller, to sheathe your weapon you'll need to press and hold the 'Y' button. 

If you're playing with mouse and keyboard, you'll instead need to press 'T.' Of course, both of these buttons can be remapped to whatever you like to make things easier. 

How to Remap Buttons in Avowed

If you want to adjust your button configuration in Avowed, head to the Settings either from the main menu or by pressing the 'Pause' button and navigating down to Settings. You'll then be able to tab across to either the keyboard or controller settings. In these menus, you'll be able to remap the buttons to whatever works best for you.
