In 7 Days to Die, you'll need to create weapons to defend yourself and catch food. The first of the weapons you'll create will probably be the Primitive Bow, which is just enough to get you started. Here's how to make a Primitive Bow in 7 Days to Die and get started on your journey on the right foot.

How To Make A Primitive Bow

Thankfuly, you won't need any prerequisities to make the Primitive Bow. You'll be able to craft it right off the bat, since it's a starting weapon in 7 Days to Die. However, you will need to earn up some materials.

To craft a Primitive Bow in 7 Days to Die, you'll need 3 Plant Fibers and 8 Wood. You can get the Wood you need by chopping down trees or wooden structures, while Plant Fibers can be found on the ground and in shrubbery.

You'll also need a Bows Crafting Skill of 1 for a low-quality bow, up to 9 for the highest-quality bow. (You can get this skill by reading the Bow Hunter skill magazine.)

You can craft the Primitive Bow from the menu, without crafting any prior weapons or items.

While the Primitive Bow is a great starter weapon in 7 Days to Die, it isn't the best option for prolonged play; you'll certainly want a stronger weapon as you progress. Once you've successfully crafted and used a Primitive Bow, you might want to move on to more powerful weapons, like the Wood Bow.
