In Tears of the Kingdom, there are many Sky Islands that are in the game. The various pieces of the Glide Set are actually in the Sky. To get the Glide Shirt, you will want to make your way to Courage Island. To get there, go to Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower and launch up to the sky. You will then be able to make your way to Courage Island. Courage Island is an island that will have a shrine and a pond.
Once there, talk to the Steward Construct that is on the island. They will tell you about a challenge that they want you to take. Accept the challenge and you will have to jump off a higher platform and go through the rings that appear. Do that quickly enough and you will be rewarded with the Glide Shirt.

To complete the Glide armor set in Tears of the Kingdom, you will have to take on the other challenges that are in the sky. To get the Glide Mask, you will need to make your way to Bravery Island which is in the sky. Head towards Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower which is located at the northern side of the map.
Last, you will want to get the Glide Tights. The Glide Tights are located at Valor Island. To make it there, you will need to go to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower which is on the Southeast End of the Map. Once you have all three pieces, you will have maximum mobility in the sky. If you upgrade the set, you will actually get a set bonus that completely negates fall damage as well.
