Street Fighter 6 fans that tuned in to Gamescom 2024 were treated to their first look at Terry Bogard gameplay with Capcom confirming the iconic SNK character will debut on September 24.

Back in June, fans were shocked following SF6's season 2 lineup reveal at Summer Game Fest, which included third-party guest characters Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui from SNK, marking the first time Street Fighter would collaborate with franchises outside Capcom's realm.

It took over two months of waiting but it's safe to say the gameplay reveal did not disappoint fans as Terry looks to be an incredibly fun and offensive-oriented character with many of his classic moves being showcased in spectacular fashion.

Duking it out with long-time rival and Capcom counterpart Ken Masters, fans could see Terry's moveset in action, including his Crack Shoot which snipes people trying to jump his fireball, Rising Tackle, a solid anti-air, Burn Knuckle, a fast-advancing move to close the distance between Terry and his opponents.

If you're a fan of his classic supers, you'll be happy to hear that both the Buster Wolf and Power Geyser are included, however, the big cinematic level 3 is reserved for a powered-up version of Terry's Rising Tackle.

As for the costumes Terry will don at launch, on top of his usual red vest plus white t-shirt combination, outfit 2 will see him wear the leather jacket that he wore in the first Garou: Mark of the Wolves game which will make a return with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves in 2025.

Terry Bogard will be Street Fighter 6's second DLC of season 2 following the launch of M. Bison on June 26, with two more on the way still: Mai Shiranui and Elena in 2025.
