The Northern Spires is coming
The Lost Spires is one of the best fan-created experiences out there for Oblivion, and hopefully, The Northern Spires will live up to the original creation.
In a post on Reddit, a user revealed they are working on "A little something that some of you may recognize...", followed by three images revealing what they have been working on.
This post was met with a lot of excitement from The Lost Spires fans. Check out a teaser image below.
It doesn't sound like the mod is too far into development, and the poster isn't the original creator of The Lost Spires mod:
"Lust a fan, but all the resources in the original are under open permissions as per their website. I haven’t done much with it yet but I’m very excited to see where it goes!"
The original creator is Leo Gura, who added a massive questline centred around an Archaeology Guild, tasking players to uncover the mysteries of ancient Tamriel. It was excellent and extremely memorable, being downloaded nearly 200,000 times over on according to the mod's website.
At the time of writing, no release date for the upcoming Skyrim mod, Northern Spires has been revealed.
