North America holds the show of shows for Rocket League. The motherland for the esport does not disappoint when it comes to mechanics, skill ceiling and hype.
With the World Championship inching closer by the day, every match and series now matter the most in any region you pick or choose.
Let’s not forget only 16 teams will make it to the long-overdue RLCS X LAN World Championship scheduled for May-June. Top six from North America, top six from Europe, top two from South America and top two from Oceania.
In the longest season in professional Rocket League history, here is everything you need to know about the RLCS X NA Winter Major to see who'll take the lead in the boards.
RLCS X NA Winter Major schedule and how to watch
The NA Winter Major will be played from 27th to 28th February 2021, both days starting at 10 a.m. PST (6 p.m. UTC) and streaming on both official Rocket League Twitch and YouTube channels.
RLCS X NA Winter Major format
The RLCS X NA Winter Major tournament has the following format:

The top 12 teams in each region will qualify for their respective region's Winter Split Major

Each Regional Major will run two days

The format is a 12-team, double-elimination bracket

In the Grand Finals, the team coming from the Losers' Bracket will need to Bracket Reset their opponents coming from the Winners' Bracket.

All matches up to and including Winners' Quarterfinals and Losers' Round 2 are Bo5, all rounds beyond that stage are Bo7.

Points earnings are doubled
RLCS X NA Winter Major teams
12 teams will play in the RLCS X NA Winter Major. All teams will have earned their spot through point ranking in the leaderboards, tiebreaker qualifiers or as The Grid wildcard.

RLCS X NA Winter Major prize pool
A total prize pool of $100,000 will be up for grabs in the RLCS X NA Winter Major tournament. Additionally, points are doubled depending on your placement.
RLCS points are used to establish your placement in the overall RLCS X leaderboards as only the Top 6 teams from the region will qualify for the RLCS X World Championship scheduled for May-June.

1st place: $36,000 and 802 points
