Italian esports organisation Tempra Esports will not renew contracts for its Rainbow Six Siege roster come March, it has been announced.
All five players, Nicolas “P4” Rimbaud, Axel “Shiinka” Freisburg, Christophe “Chaoxys” Soares, Dylan “Dirza” Brigitte and Valentin “Voy” Cheron, posted the same stock message on Twitter to make the announcement - while their coach SpokeN, analyst MrBox and manager TORTANK have been dropped too.
This move comes after the team narrowly missed out on qualifying for the Six Invitational 2021, losing out in the EU qualifier grand finals to Mkers.
The roster however have grown rapidly over the past year, winning the Challenger League Season 11 under organisation IziDream, and later finishing in sixth for their debut season of the European League as Tempra Esports - just one point away from qualifying for the finals.
.@Tempraesports just announced me that they will not renew my contract in March, so, I'm LFT & FREE from any buyout.

Tempra Esports will now be looking for a new roster for 2021, with rumours they could be eyeing up the Mkers team.
Considering how much they’ve achieved in a short space of time, it feels incredibly short-sighted to drop their entire roster - especially after coming so close to Six Invitational qualification.
The 2021 Six Invitational will take place in France this year for the first time, with the prior four years staged in Montreal, Canada.
The event will start on 9th February with teams competing in a LAN format without an audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
