Persona 5: The Phantom X is an upcoming Persona 5 mobile spin-off for PC and mobile devices. Story and gameplay-wise, it works very similarly to Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal. However, it being a free-to-play game, expect a few changes here and there.
That being said, Persona 5: The Phantom X retains the fun and flashy turn-based combat of P5, where you control and command a group of four party members. Like the original, every party member has unique Personas that allow them to use different abilities in combat.
Forming bonds with party members (Confidants) and bringing them into dungeons to fight alongside you is the heart of gameplay in any Persona game, and Persona 5: The Phantom X is no different. Hence, if you're jumping into this game, maybe peek at our list of all playable characters coming to Persona 5: The Phantom X.
