How To Get Exocraft in No Man's Sky

Unlocking the Exocraft in No Man's Sky requires quite a few steps. Therefore, we've broken down this guide into different sections to help you understand the whole process more easily.

Unlock the Anomaly

The first step towards getting an Exocraft is to unlock the Anomaly. The Anomaly is a space station that houses the game's multiplayer hub and offers various quests and rewards. To obtain the Anomaly, players must first finish the Awakenings questline, which serves as the game's main story campaign. After unlocking the Anomaly, players can call it to their location by pressing the Down arrow on the D-pad.

Interact with the Transport Terminal

Once the Anomaly spawns, players must go inside and interact with the Transport Terminal. The Transport Terminal is a computer located in the main hall of the Anomaly. Go to the end of the hall and interact with the highlighted object to find it. Once inside the Transport Terminal, players should look for the Transport Modules section and find the Exocraft option.

Purchase the Exocraft

The Exocraft option will allow players to purchase the Exocraft with the in-game currency, Units. The Geo and Roamer Exocrafts are unlocked by default once players reach this point in the game. However, players must purchase them through the Transport Terminal to obtain them. It's essential to note that players can only purchase the Exocraft they have unlocked by completing the necessary questline.

After purchasing the Exocraft, players can customize it to their liking. Players can change the Exocraft's color, add a number to the front, and put decals on the side. They can also change the color of the Exocraft's exhaust flames. After spawning it with the Z button, these customization options are available by interacting with the Exocraft.
