Once players have settled in past the first few missions of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Antonio will send them on a quest to acquire the camera. This won't just be important for a few missions, the camera is an invaluable item that'll be a huge way players can earn Adventure Points while navigating every single area of the game. If you're having trouble finding your way to the Vatican Post Office, it'll help to have some clear directions on how to reach the camera location in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

After players have gone deep into the depths below the library with Antonio, he will suggest you get a camera. This is also when Antonio gives Indy the Clerical Key that opens doors in several different buildings throughout this region of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

When you're back up on level ground in the Apostolic Library, use the clerical key to take the stairs down to exit into this larger area. Before heading outside, be sure to grab the Vatican City Map seen above. While these do have a pretty stylized design, the markers should still help you get a general idea of where you're headed.

How to Find the Vatican Post Office

Step outside after grabbing the map, and look for a large door on your left not far from a signpost and across from the fountain. There are also tents in this area where you can steal money, and you should start with that if you don't yet have at least ₤379. It's easy to have well over that amount by this point if you're thorough in the early missions, but anyone below that should start by stealing money from these various military tents when guards aren't looking.

After passing through the large door into the Via di Belvedere, look for an alleyway on the left as seen above. Enter this area, and you'll find two different ways to climb up. On the right in the alleyway there's a pipe that you can climb up to a ledge then slide over and drop down. Also, you can go straight ahead and look up to spot a railing that Indy's whip can be used on to climb up that way.

Once in this upper area where one man is enjoying his coffee, you should see a wooden pallet against the wall on the right. Climb up this and take the zipline down to a small roof overhang you can land on. At this point you're in a military area where being spotted could immediately lead to combat, so you want to be careful to keep distance from any roaming fascists.

You can pop open your Vatican City Map to show the marker, but there's a window directly across from this roof overhang that's open. Wait until nearby soldiers have walked away and aren't facing you, then carefully drop down to some boxes below the roof overhang and quickly climb into the window shown above.

Use your Clerical Key on the door to the right after coming in the window, and you'll step out into a hallway and finally be in the Vatican Post Office. Look to the left for a door to the janitor area, and this is where you'll meet Ernesto and finally get the camera for the fixed price of ₤379.

If you don't have enough money, you'll need to spend some time stealing money from military tents and wherever else you can find it, but more than enough can be found in the earlier missions before you reach Antonio. When you first get the camera, don't leave. Pull it out and take a quick picture of Ernesto to unlock the Ecco! trophy or achievement.

If you have at least ₤300 leftover after buying the camera, check out the guides on Ernesto's desk. The early pair marks Vatican Mysteries or Vatican Books on the map, and both are useful for players that can afford them. Be sure to return regularly over time as he can get different guides later on.

When you leave, start getting into the habit of keeping the camera ready to take pictures any time the camera icon appears while exploring. Some of these may signal something which needs to be photographed for a mystery or other mission, but even unrelated mark locations that show the star icon and "Take Picture" control like shown above are useful. All of these will give you Adventure Points, and those are needed to unlock books which boost your abilities in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
