The Honkai Star Rail Everwinter City Museum Management and Ledger of Curiosities event is a fun departure from what players are used to. This event places less emphasis on battling against tough enemies and more of a focus on micromanagement. Players will need to spend resources accordingly while also tracking down lost artifacts in order to renovate the museum found in Jarilo VI. However, simply filling the museum with interesting relics is not going to be enough, unfortunately. Trailblazers are also required to hire staff to complete tours and provide educational information to guests. Some of these staff members are generic NPCs, but some are playable characters known as Guest Assistants.

How To Get Guest Assistants in Honkai Star Rail

First and foremost, it should be stated that there is no real way to fail this event. There is no cap on how many days you can progress, and players are free to continue to the next day as often as they like. There are likely optimal combinations of staff members, but this difference will only equate to a few fewer button presses in the long term. That being said, Guest Assistants often provide great stats and speed up your RevitaScore gain considerably.

Guest Assistants have some of the highest Operational Bonuses in the entire event, but their stats are skewed to compensate for this. Players will gradually unlock the ability to hire new Guest Assistants, and this often involves visiting them in the stagnant area in Jarilo VI, helping them with a quick mission, and then bringing them back to the museum.

After that, players will need to conduct a short interview with each character, and after that, they will be readily available as Guest Assistants.
