Guilty Gear Strive Crossplay Beta Test
The roadmap slide for Guilty Gear Strive was shown near the end of EVO 2022's "The Past, Present, and Future of the Guilty Gear" Series panel. Among the notable items is a crossplay beta test scheduled for the fall season, which will include crossplay for those on PlayStation and PC.

PlayStation players will be pleased to learn that the PS5 input delay will be reduced in the coming weeks, with Ishiwatari stating that it will be on par with the PS4 Pro, while PC users can expect shorter connection times for initial server connections. And finally, a major balance patch will be released this winter.
Arc Systems Works has been keeping crossplay on the forefront of their minds as stated by their producer Takeshi Yamanaka. He later elaborated on this by stating: "We expect that there will be more PC players in the future In general. I also believe our priorities and balance will change.
"As a company, we are hoping to provide our games on as many platforms as we can, in addition to crossplay between platforms, so that as many players as possible can play our games. Just as rollback netcode became a necessity for us with Strive, we foresee that crossplay will also become an absolute must."
