Some users are complaining that they can't find crossplay settings in Grounded. Specifically, those on PC and Xbox are wondering where the enable crossplay option has gone. Well, that's because those on PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, alongside those on Xbox consoles, do not have crossplay options. It is enabled by default with no way to disable it.
Is a PS Plus or Nintendo Online Sub Required for Grounded MP?
Yes, Grounded players do need a subscription to their platform's specific online service, such as Xbox Live, Nintendo Online, or PlayStation Plus, to enjoy crossplay, Shared Worlds, and Community Playgrounds.
