Genshin Impact: Who is Kamisato Ayato's voice actor?

Genshin Impact’s Kamisato Ayato is one of the game’s most highly anticipated characters alongside other notable characters such as Scaramouche, Dansleif and his younger sister, Ayaka. While datamined information has detailed early information on the character, eagle-eyed fans may have already been spotted him during the festivities in the 2.3 update.

Unfortunately, developer miHoYo may have spilt the beans by revealing information on Ayato’s voice actor. With that being said, let’s learn more about the celebrated voice actor, his involvement in Genshin Impact and plenty more.

Chris Hackney’s role in Genshin Impact and his past work

Developer miHoYo accidentally revealed the voice actors for Kamisato Ayato during the character trailer for Arataki Itto. Ayato was spotted watching Itto’s play; however, his face wasn’t revealed, and many fans have noted, he indeed looks like Childe from the back.

According to Itto’s character trailer, English voice actor, Chris Hackney, was revealed to be stepping into the role of Kamisato Ayato. Hackney is a voice acting veteran, who has made his voice heard in several anime and gaming projects over the years.

Who is Kamisato Ayato in Genshin Impact?

The eldest Kamisato sibling, brother to Ayaka, Ayato is also the head of the celebrated Kamisato clan from Inazuma. Many players will know this due to the arrival of their chief retainer, Thoma, who arrived in Genshin Impact with the 2.2 update.
