Genshin Impact’s Tighnari is a 5-star bow wielder in possession of the Dendro Vision, one of two characters, Collei being the other, thus far to use this element. Positioned as a main DPS character, his abilities allow him to deal with massive DMG through Elemental Mastery, Dendro applications, reactions, and impressive arrow attacks.

Best Weapons For Tighnari in Genshin Impact

Right now, two weapons work well with Tighnari, his Talents, and Constellations: Hunter’s Path and King’s Squire. The Hunter’s Path, currently appearing on the Epitome Invocation banner, has a powerful Passive despite a secondary stat increasing his CRIT Rate.

The Passive ability, At the End of the Beast-Paths, sees all Elemental DMG Bonus receive an increase by 12%, which once an enemy is hit with a Charged Attack, they’ll receive a buff effect. This effect will have 160% of their Elemental Mastery used to increase the Charged Attack DMG, lasting for 12 Charged Attacks or ten seconds, depending on which occurs first.

The King’s Squire is a free-to-play (F2P) forgeable weapon option for those not wanting to chart a course on the Epitomized Path for Hunter’s Path or who failed to pull for it. This weapon can be acquired by completing several World Quest series to receive a blueprint and have it forged.

Likewise, its Passive ability, Labyrinth Lord’s Instruction, increases their elemental Mastery by 60 for 12 seconds once Elemental Skills and Burst trigger an effect. After the effect ends or is removed by switching party members, it deals 100% ATK DMG to a nearby enemy, for which the effect can be triggered once every 20 seconds.

Best Artifacts For Tighnari in Genshin Impact

Similar to his weapon selections, there are also two great artifact set options: Wanderer’s Troupe and Gilded Dreams. Naturally, many would assume that the Gilded Dreams would be the best artifact set for him, but for builds revolving around Elemental Mastery, the Wanderer’s Troupe will be the best set to equip.

• Two-piece effect: Elemental Mastery is increased by 80.
• Four-piece effect: Charged Attack DMG increased by 35% if the equipped character wields a bow or catalyst.

This set best increases Tighnari’s damage output needed for his Elemental Burst and Charged Attacks for the fourth Ascension Passive, Scholarly Blade, which makes his elemental reactions more potent. However, the Gilded Dreams makes a good option for those wanting a more streamlined artifact set.

• Two-piece effect: Elemental Mastery is increased by 80.
• Four-piece effect: Eight seconds after activating an Elemental Reaction, the equipped character receives a buff depending on the elemental type of their party members.

Best Team Compositions For Tighnari in Genshin Impact

The best team composition is based on the Electro/Quicken elemental reaction, as the fourth slot is more flexible if pairing with an Anemo character to buff Elemental DMG with hTighnari's Elemental Burst. Granted, the Anemo character’s elemental reaction won’t swirl with Dendro but can with other elements in the party, particularly Electro and Hydro.
