Genshin Impact 2.3 maintenance schedule: Server downtime, free Primogems and more

Genshin Impact 2.3 update is set to release on 24th November and will add Albedo, Eula, Redhorn Stonethresher claymore, Cinnabar Spindle sword, Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact set, Itto story quest, and more. The update will be available to pre-install soon, and the patch will release officially after a maintenance break of a few hours.

You are advised to complete the quests or missions that you have started before the maintenance begins and collect your rewards as you will not be able to play the game during the maintenance. Here are the complete maintenance schedule and details about the compensation Travelers will be getting.

Genshin Impact 2.3 maintenance schedule and rewards

Genshin Impact 2.3 maintenance will begin on 24th November at 14:00 UTC and will go on for approximately five hours. After that, the update will be pushed out on all the platforms, including PC, mobile, and PlayStation. 

Along with this, players will be given maintenance compensation and issue fix compensation of 300 Primogems each. However, in order to be eligible for this, you need to have Adventure Rank 5 or above before the maintenance begins.

The rewards will be sent via in-game mail within five hours after the update maintenance is finished, and players are suggested to claim them before 26th November, 14:00 UTC.

After the period is over, the mail will expire, and you will not be able to get your free rewards. Genshin Impact 2.3 update is called "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms," and you can have a look at its official trailer below:
