Where to find Obi-Wan's Lightsaber in Fortnite

Fortnite is celebrating Star Wars day, aka 4th May, and you will find plenty of new Star Wars related content, including new quests, weapons, and more. Fortnite version 20.30 update has also brought back lightsabers, including a new one called Obi-Wan's Lightsaber.

Lightsabers in Fortnite function exactly as they do in the movies and the games. Obi-Wan's Lightsaber is the classic blue coloured lightsaber, and here's our guide that explains where you can find it in Chapter 3 Season 2. 

Obi-Wan's lightsaber location Fortnite

Lightsabers are swift melee weapons in Fortnite that deal 40 DPS with a final shot that deal a whopping 150 damage. You can also deflect incoming bullets, which makes them all the more essential for surviving the battle royale. Obi-Wan's Lightsaber functions identical to the other lightsabers, so you won't find any gameplay advantages from having one over another.

Obi-Wan's lightsaber is a mythic weapon, and much like the other mythic weapon added with the Star Wars update, E-11 Blaster Rifle, it's part of the common loot pool in the game.

As such, you can find Obi-Wan's lightsaber in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 pretty much anywhere or nowhere. However, there are a few places that we recommend checking out where there are more chances of you finding it. 

First and foremost, we recommend checking out Tilted Towers, since that's where the Resistance and the IO are battling in week 7 of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. We found multiple Obi-Wan's lightsabers in the region surrounding Tilted Towers.

Tilted Towers is swarming with IO guards alongside other players, so proceed with caution. You can always loot Obi-Wan's lightsaber off other players after taking them out. We also recommend opening chests and checking floor loot in all the other main POIs in Chapter 3 Season 2.
