The experience is based on how many race starts a driver has compared to the record race entries.

Racecraft

Awareness

Race Pace

The Race Pace is based on the drivers who get closest to the fastest and qualifying times and those who have faster times than their teammates.

Overall Rating

The overall rating is a combination of all driver stats making up each driver's ability within the F1 22.
