Diablo Immortal XP Bug - How To Get Lost Battle Pass XP?

If you've been playing Diablo Immortal then you might have heard about the recent bug that's been causing a lot of issues for players during the current battle pass. Players have been losing out on XP gains when leveling up which is causing massive amounts of frustration among players.

For those who want to know more about this bug, and the effects it's been having on players in Diablo Immortal you're in the right place. As we will be looking at the details surrounding this issue, Blizzard's response to it, and if it's possible to get lost battle pass XP back?

Diablo Immortal XP Bug - How To Get Lost Battle Pass XP?

Several people on Reddit have recently been pointing out that a bug in Diablo Immortal has been causing them to lose vast amounts of XP when leveling up their battle pass. Some of the higher amounts of XP lost are in the 5 million range, which makes it frustratingly unfair, to say the least.

Many users have come forward to voice their frustrations recently, with one user stating “I completed bounties and finished a battle pass rank [and] The XP animation played but the XP bar did not increase at all". Another saying "I lost more XP this week, 3 [million] last week, and 2 [million] this week."

A Blizzard community lead has come forward on Reddit recently, letting fans know that they are aware of the bug and were in the process of implementing a hotfix. Specifically stating that "there was a hotfix to address this, and the team is going through to calculate each individual’s lost XP through the periods affected by this bug. We have this data. The XP will be delivered once we go through the data.”

The day after this announcement, some players continued to report that the bug was still present, with others saying that the battle pass was now working normally, but they haven't been reimbursed for the lost XP. And up until today, the bug has still not been fixed as one user states "Battle Pass XP bug still not fixed as of Monday, July 25."

Even though Diablo Immortal has seen lots of success since its release, we are hopeful that this bug is resolved quickly and the players are rewarded for their time, effort, and skill in the recent battle pass.
