How To Farm Ichor Quickly in Diablo 4 Season 1

With Diablo 4 Season 1, Blizzard has introduced a new crafting material called Ichor, which is used to create Malignant Hearts at Cormond's Wagon. As Malignant Hearts is the new gameplay mechanic, everyone and their pet Treasure Goblin will want to farm Ichor as fast as possible.

In this guide, we explain how you can quickly get more Ichor in Diablo 4 Season 1 to craft those Malignant Hearts to complete your build, so let's charge in.

Diablo 4 Ichor: How To Get More Quickly

You'll need to farm Ichor quickly to craft Malignant Hearts, hoping you get the one you desire via a random mechanic at the Cormond crafting vendor. Since there's a random element involved, players will likely not get the specific ones, or the best roll, anytime soon.

To this end, there are two ways to farm Ichor quickly in Diablo 4 Season 1. First off, during the early leveling process, just kill every Malignant (corrupted) enemy you find. Ichor can be harvested from lesser Malignant monsters.

As you level up and follow the seasonal questline, Malignant Tunnels will become available. These six new dungeon-type experiences feature a tonne of Malignant enemies. Use a solid build, such as our best Barbarian Spin to Win Whirlwind build, to clear Malignant Tunnels as fast as possible for the Ichor drops and more.

The next step to farm Ichor quickly is to salvage unwanted Malignant Hearts at Cormond's Wagon. Salvaging each Vicious, Brutal, and Devious Heart will provide you with 5-15 Ichor, with Wrathful hearts providing 2-5 Ichor of all other Heart types.

At the time of writing, there is no "best Ichor farming spot" in Diablo 4 Season 1. While we think Malignant Tunnel runs alongside salvaging all unwanted Malignant Hearts is your best bet, maybe, just maybe, someone finds an Ichor loot cave!
