SFB Games recently announced that its upcoming game Crow Country, a 32-bit survival horror game with elements of classics like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, will release on Steam and PS5 on 9th May 2024. The game's demo on Steam was released during the Steam Next Fest, and is still available for players to check out before the game's official release in May.
According to the game's official description on Steam, it takes place in 1990. Two years prior to the game's events, theme park owner Edward Crow mysteriously disappeared, leading to the sudden closure of his theme park, Crow Country.
The player takes on the role of Mara Forest, who must explore the abandoned Crow Country to uncover the secrets of Edward Crow and the theme park itself. Players will encounter terrifying monsters, challenging puzzles, and secret rooms and areas as they make their way through Crow Country.
SFB Games, the studio behind Crow Country, has a wide array of great games under its belt already. The studio created Tangle Tower, Snipperclips, and the Marching Order. Crow Country might have a bit of a different aesthetic from the developers' other works, but it looks just as promising.
