The Magnum is the strongest weapon in Crow Country, and you'll need to employ a little bit of problem-solving to get your hands on it. The gift shop puzzle requires you to check out all of the little toys inside and take a look at their prices, as well as put a code into the gift shop's cash register itself. Here's how you can get the Magnum for yourself in Crow Country.

How To Get The Magnum

To get the Magnum, you'll first need to have gained access to the Silver Key to unlock the Gift Shop in the main Crow Country area (with the crow statue). If you haven't gotten the Silver Key yet, you'll need to continue completing other puzzles until you obtain it.

Once you've gotten the Silver Key, you'll need to enter the Gift Shop and make your way behind the counter to interact with the cash register. You'll find that, to open it, you'll need a pin code.

Move away from the cash register from a moment and read the note on the counter that reads "Gifts for Natalie." The gifts include:

• Haunted Hilltop stuffed toy
• Classic Crow Country rubber doll
• Fairytale Town action figure

As you walk around the gift shop, it can be pretty challenging to keep up with what you need to find - there are stuffed toys, rubber dolls, and action figures representing three of four areas in the park, so it's easy to get them mixed up.

To help you out, here's the cost of the three items you'll need to find:

• Haunted Hilltop stuffed toy: $5.50
• Classic Crow Country rubber doll: $10.00
• Fairytale Town action figure: $4.25

Add all of those together and you'll get a total of $19.75 - giving you the code for the cash register. Approach it again and type in 1975. You'll now have a brand new shiny Magnum, the best weapon in Crow Country!

Tips For Getting The Magnum

A few tips for getting the Magnum and exploring the Gift Shop:

• Note that if you already have the Shotgun, you can open up the cabinet next to the cash register to meet a Mushroom and get an upgrade for that gun. If you don't have it quite yet, you can always come back later.
• Ammo for the Magnum is quite limited, so if you happen to find some, use it wisely! You may want to save it for the game's four optional mini-bosses, or for the non-optional final boss.
