The world knows that Nuke is FaZe’s map. While that familiarity comes with expertise, it also means your opponents know what to look for. This is something that FaZe, and Finn "karrigan" Andersen in particular, have been taking note of.

“I think we were the best nuke team in CS2 in the first four months. I think we relied a lot on the Nuke pick," karrigan said in an interview with James Banks during the BLAST Premier Spring Final. "And maybe we relied too much after Chengdu, because we kind of felt like we could have picked Nuke in the final. But at some point, you’re getting too readable on the map and we have adjusted some of the things that we think were an easy read on us.”

FaZe face-off against NAVI after winning the opening match against SAW at the BLAST Spring Final. The team have once again picked Nuke as their map of choice, but it seems the stars need to align for things to once again work in their favor:

“Hopefully that will turn out today and if we want to win the tournament, we need our Nuke to be in the right place at the right moment and therefore, it's a good test and it makes sense to pick it now.”
