The world of the Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah has become venomous, with new pet companions available in Conan Exiles. These slithering creatures are included in the recent Age of War Chapter 2 update, where players can obtain them before raising them within the Animal Pens if they wish to keep them.
Nevertheless, players looking to acquire these cold-blooded reptiles in-game must first track down the snake eggs, but where can they be found? We've put our best foot forward in helping them find snake eggs in Conan Exiles' Age of War Chapter 2 update.
Where To Get Snake Eggs In Conan Exiles?
Snakes are the latest addition to Conan Exiles in the Age of War Chapter 2 update, which players can tame to become pets. These venomous creatures are already present in-game as enemies many players will encounter, specifically in the Exiled Lands' Jungle and Desert biomes, with no snake enemies to be found in the Isle of Siptah.
Nevertheless, these slithering creatures can be obtained and tamed as pets for later purposes, especially when defending your treasures from enemy thieves. As for how to get snakes as pets, it is a little tricky to confirm, but we know there are two ways to obtain them: firstly, through the paid path of the Battle Pass, where players can get the Colossal Serpent at Level 18.
The other way they can get a snake as a pet is by finding snake eggs throughout the world; however, all known locations are difficult to confirm as of writing. While snake eggs exist but are tricky to come by, there are a few known spawning locations near Cobra snake enemies and, as expected, are in the Desert biome, which is a good place to start.
The snake eggs in the Isle of Siptah are more obvious to find by heading to locations themed around snakes and serpents; however, you won't encounter any snakes in the vicinity. Below, we've detailed where to find snake eggs in the Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah, respectively, in Conan Exiles, with more locations to be confirmed:
- Muriela's Hope (E7): Can confirm there are eggs found at this Mitra campsite where Cobra enemy spawns are nearby.
- Sanctuary of the Serpent (C9): Leading towards the vault's entrance, look for a boulder on the right where eggs are spotted on the ground and away along the path to the Ashen Core.
- Leyshrine of the Serpent (J11): At this location, look for rock formations along the pathway to the shrine, where you can find snake eggs tucked away.
- Sanctuary of the Snakeman (M10): Look around the shrine's base on the right and left of the door's entrance to find eggs in both corners.
The Age of War Chapter 2 update is available now as of 21st September 2023 across all available platforms. Conan Exiles is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam.
