COD Mobile Tournament Mode - Release date, rewards and free CP

With testing for some Call of Duty: Mobile Season 3 (2022) now underway via the latest, official Test Build, those who got in early have spotted a new mode for the competitive gamer. The COD Mobile Tournament Mode is exciting, as it features a highly-competitive leaderboard, and some great rewards to acquire, including free CP!

In this article, we outline everything we know so far about the upcoming COD Mobile Tournament Mode, from how it works to the expected release date, and how players can get free CP in the process.

COD Mobile Tournament Mode release date & times

The expected release date for COD Mobile's tournament mode is either 31st March or 1st April 2022, with the release of Season 3.

We do, however, have to note that this has not been confirmed by the developers. In terms of times, the COD Mobile Tournament Mode will be available across each day of the week, from 06:30 to 04:30 the next day.

This means there's a two-hour downtime each day, likely for leaderboard updates to take place. It is unclear at the time of writing if this is local time per region or not.

How COD Mobile's Tournament Mode works

There are actually multiple modes inside the COD Mobile Tournament Mode. Currently, the following modes are available via the Test Build:

• Free-for-All
• 2v2 TDM Tournament
• Gunfight
• Gunfight TDM Tournament
• 2v2 KC Tournament

Players will select a Warzone Region to participate in each week. Earning Crowns will allow them to unlock rewards, and climb the leaderboard for even more rewards.

It is likely that different modes will become available as this feature is expanded upon. It is still in its testing phase, after all, so keep in mind that any aspect can be adjusted before it gets released.

COD Mobile Tournament Mode rewards & free CP

Players can earn crowns to receive milestone rewards while participating and doing well (earning Crowns) in the COD Mobile Tournament Mode. 

While a full list of rewards is not available just yet, we do know there are blueprints, emotes cosmetics, free CP and much more to acquire. Players can also upgrade their Milestone rewards to Premium by spending CP, with the initial cost being 400 CP.
