The best Milano 821 loadout at the start of Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is:

• Muzzle: Agency Suppressor

• Barrel: 10.6” Task Force

• Scope: Axial Arms 3x

• Magazine: 55 Round Drum

• Stock: SAS Combat Stock 

The Milano 821 has received a set of strong nerfs in Warzone Season 4 reloaded patch. Raven Software has slightly increased the weapon’s recoil while decreasing the maximum damage range by 12%.

Moreover, the Milano 821’s headshot multiplier has been reduced to 1.38, coupled with the reduction in both upper and lower Torso Multiplier to 1.1 and 1, respectively.
