Since the release of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2, there have been some issues, such as an unintentional nerf to Suppressors, which Raven Software plans to fix in an upcoming update. On 2nd March 2021, Raven Software did release Warzone patch 1.33 but it does not contain the fixes you might have hoped for.
Warzone 1.33 patch notes: Reactive Blueprints fix
The Warzone 1.33 patch notes, as shared by Raven Software on Twitter, only contains one fix.
Reactive Blueprints did not change colour at the right time, and this issue has now been fixed, with Raven Software simply stating: "A Warzone update has gone live to address an issue with Reactive Blueprints."

The Warzone 1.33 patch weighs in at 280MB on PlayStation, 800MB on Xbox, and a much larger 2GB on PC.
At the time of writing, the only fixes seem to be regarding the Reactive Blueprints, as well as a PS4 specific issue. However, there's another patch on the way.
