The best Krig-6 loadout in Black Ops Cold War

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War features close to 20 primary weapons and all are pretty viable. Treyarch has done a terrific job with the weapon balance thus far, as there are really no duds in the primary weapon department.

However, as always, there are a few weapons that can simply do more for you in multiplayer. Ultimately, it comes down to your skill in-game but using these weapons over others gives you a better chance to succeed. 

One of those dominant weapons early on is the Krig-6 assault rifle. Initially thought to play second fiddle to the XM4 or AK-47, the Krig has quickly become one of the best weapons in all of Black Ops Cold War. Pro players are already designing classes for it and dominating Search and Destroy with it.

However, with so many attachments in the Gunsmith, it might be difficult for casual or even competitive players to design the best class.

The Krig-6 possesses most of the attachments you’ll find on other assault rifles in the class. Although, the bulky AR is a bit different than its competitors, as it shoots a little slower but also features better accuracy and damage. We’ll be designing this class to complement these strengths. 

Attachments:

• Optic: Millstop Reflex
• Barrel: 19.7” Ranger
• Underbarrel: Infiltrator Grip
• Handle: SASR Jungle Grip
• Stock: Wire Stock 

For this set of attachments, you have a wide variety of playstyles to choose from. With the Wire Stock and Infiltrator Grip, you’re able to run around the map quite well without worrying about your gun being brought up too slowly.

However, the most important attachment of the bunch is the 19.7” Ranger barrel, which increases your bullet velocity by 100%.

Since the Krig shoots a little slower than other ARs, you’ll need this barrel to ensure you can keep up with the likes of the XM4 and FFAR 1.
