The creator of the Bendy and the Ink Machine franchise, TheMeatly, teased on X/Twitter the possibility of some new games featuring cartoon Bendy, Alice Angel, and Boris the Wolf. While the creator didn't confirm anything about these potential future games, he asked fans in the post if they would be interested in future titles featuring these characters in their cartoon style.
The response from fans was a resounding yes, with many expressing their support for the ideas in the thread. The vote leaned 93.4% in favor of the upcoming games after 3,940 votes, suggesting that there's a lot of fan support for a new Bendy game in the series' cutesy cartoon style.
While TheMeatly has created Bendy games in a top-down style (Boris and the Dark Survival), most of the franchise's games are in a 3D style. So far, none are fully in the "cartoon" style, but it would definitely be fitting, since Bendy himself is a cartoon little ink demon, along with his friends Alice Angel and Boris.
There aren't any cartoon Bendy games confirmed for the future - at least not yet - but it's definitely a possibility, and there's also a lot more going on with the BATIM franchise recently. TheMeatly has confirmed that Bendy 3 is in pre-production, and has also let fans know that the movie is still in the works, with a "famous individual" now joining the project with whom the series' creator is "definitely moving forward."
