ARK Survival Ascended Scorched Exp Farming - How To Get To Max Level Fast

The Experience farming trick we're showcasing in this guide is suited more so for early to mid-game players as by the time you reach higher levels, you're already at a point where you can kill most creatures for their experience. But early to mid-game is where this trick is most handy, and it involves three things: Wyverns, a Wyvern trap, and melee weapons.

Simply put, you're going to build a Wyvern trap as shown in the image above, and then from a safe distance, you're going to use a tranquilizer of your choice to incapacitate it. Once it's knocked out, you can use a Hatchet to wail on it until it dies, granting you tons of Experience points, and even more bonus experience because you killed it using a melee weapon instead of a ranged weapon.

This is the easiest and fastest way to get tons of experience and doesn't require too many resources, aside from the trap and tranquilizers that you'll need to drop and drop the Wyvern. It's worth noting, however, that if you want to trap a stronger Wyvern such as an Alpha variant, you need to use metal for your traps as it will tear through a stone trap quite easily.

But that's essentially all there is to it, just trap a Wyvern by luring it into your handmade trap, then knock it out and kill it using a Hatchet (a Hatchet is also recommended as it applies Torpor for each hit, which ensures that the Wyvern does not wake up and blast you with its flame breath). You can do this alone or in a tribe, but either way, it guarantees tons of Experience and will push you into the higher levels extremely quickly.
