Obtaining Primal Crystal in ARK Survival Ascended will be slightly difficult, as you will need to knock out wild crystal wyverns or their heirs. Once knocking them out stone cold, you can loot the crystals from their bodies by getting close to them and pressing "E." 

To knock out a crystal wyvern, you will need to trap and tranquilize it with an arrow or dart. On the contrary, if you're confident enough with your arrows and darts, you don't need to trap the crystal wyvern. You will need to obtain approximately 150-200 tranquilizer arrows or 75-125 darts to successfully knock a crystal wyvern out (missed shots accounted for).

You can obtain the Primal Crystal by defeating an Alpha Bloo; however, killing one of these is significantly more difficult than simply knocking out a crystal wyvern and looting it. However, defeating the Alpha Blood Wyvern will result in a high reward, leading to a total of 20-30 primal crystals, which is exactly what you're looking for! 

Please keep in mind Primal Crystals can spoil and render useless after a certain amount of time; therefore, once you obtain them, make sure you optimize their usage quickly. If the crystals spoil, head back to the same location where you found the previous crystal; wyverns and more will have spawned, allowing you to farm some more.
