It is a projectile oriented ability that will give the player a supernatural and mystical Zeppeli technique known as "The Spin". Here is how you can grab Steel Spin ability in A Universal Time. 

A Universal Time Steel Spin Ability Obtainment Method

In order to get Steel Spin, you will first need to equip Standless and then open Epic Chests. Your goal is to find Altered Steel Ball and now, all you have to do is use it to get Steel Spin ability.

You can get Epic Chests by beating enemies like a group of Sorcerers and Curses by going into the desert. However, remember that you might not get Altered Steel Ball in first try and thus, will have to open Epic Chests again and again until you get it.
